Are you still using Windows 7 and/or Office 2010?
If the answer is YES to either or both of these products now is the time to start thinking about upgrading! Fast!
On January 14th 2020 Microsoft will be pulling the plug on Windows 7 and it will become "End of Life".
Don't panic... this doesn't mean that your computer will suddenly stop working, but it does mean that there will no longer be any updates or support.
Woohoo you might be thinking, no more long updates and installs, but you must remember that the majority of the updates are security fixes. It is believed by experts that cyber criminals are probably already sitting on new found vulnerabilities within Windows 7 and are just waiting for the start of next year to use them. Why? Because nobody will stop them and it will stay that way.
Office 2010 has also served its time and will become End of Life Next October and brings with it the same security risks.
With the huge amount of cyber crime we face today its simply far too great a risk to put off upgrading any out of date software.
We have upgraded to Office 365 and we love it!!
