We first started working with UKBITS back in 2009 and have found the support they provide for our company I.T. systems invaluable.

 

Whether responding to minor support related issues or the more challenging “I.T. crisis”, they have always been there and dealt with things calmly and more importantly, effectively.

 

We have introduced numerous new software platforms to our business in the last 9 years or so, all requiring the expertise of UKBITS to help commission the systems and successfully integrate them into our business. They also supply us with all our I.T. hardware requirements at very reasonable prices.

 

We rely heavily on I.T. to conduct our business and our support contract with UKBITS Ltd gives us a great deal of reassurance.

I joined Roca Ltd six years ago, with part of my role being in charge of all IT issues for the company. UK BITS were already working with us, but over the years have taken a larger role in assisting the company in dealing with all our IT projects, ranging from day to day queries through to installation of new systems as our company has grown.

They are always professional, prompt and friendly, helping not just those in our head office, but also our extensive sales team out on the road. They also have a very good relationship and a level of trust with the IT department in our Spanish head office and are more than happy to deal with them remotely.

The degree of technical knowledge that UK BITS have, and the willingness to take on more areas when needed, makes the daily running of our business run smoothly.

 

They have recently agreed to take over the management of our mobile phones to ensure our sales team are always connected.

I would recommend using UK BITS services for any size business. The entire UK BITS team feel like part of the Roca family, I couldn’t do what I need to do without them.

"UKBITS are a breath of fresh air"

My experience with UK BITS has been exemplary from day one. Prior to being introduced to UKBITS we had tried a number of local IT support services but with limited success. Suppliers were either inflexible and unresponsive to urgent requests or were very, very expensive. In comparison UK BITS were a breath of fresh air. Day to day support is spot on – fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. As an example only today I had an e-mail issue. From notification of the issue to full resolution took just over an hour. Superb.

 

We are a 24/7 business and the out of hours facility UK BITS provide has been a godsend the odd time we have had issues at weekends or early mornings. When we moved premises in 2006 and again in 2009 UK BITS advised on and implemented successful networking solutions at each of our new premises. They worked at weekends to allow a seamless transfer outside normal business hours.
In 2017 they migrated us from an antiquated email system on to Office 365 Exchange online and the transition was so smooth there was no disruption whatsoever.

 

I would not hesitate to recommend any aspect of their service. The team are very approachable and able to explain technical issues in layman's terms. This important aspect helps me to offer relevant information to them to speed up problem resolution. They are also very proactive. Having gained a full understanding of our IT hardware and software they offer suggestions for useful updates and enhancements as and when new products arrive on the market. All in all 10 out of 10.

"Amazing service"

UK BITS Ltd have been supporting my company's IT systems since March 2006.

 

No matter what the issue, whatever the time of day or week, there is always someone on the end of the phone.

 

After a fire in our offices, UK BITS worked throughout the night setting up a temporary office to ensure that disruption to our working day was kept to a minimum.

 

All this was included in the quarterly maintenance contract. Amazing service, that's why we still use them today.

Not knowing a great deal about IT, I explained to them what we wanted in simple terms, they understood what I wanted, explained all the options to us in a language which we all understood, helped me sort everything out and came in with a keen price.

 

They also offered a comprehensive people focused ongoing support programme which appealed to us and has proved to be excellent.
